*I HIGHLY recommend all new students start with the New Client Package, even if you've done Pilates before. This package is a great start especially if you're new to Pilates or plan to transition into group classes. The Stott Pilates method may be different from the style of Pilates you've previously experienced. Stott Pilates is more anatomically and biomechanically based than the classical method and is considered the "Ivy League" of Pilates. I apply the same 5 principles to every single exercise we do together. They can be applied to your everyday functional life and any form of exercise or sport you currently do as well. I strongly encourage all clients build a solid foundation of the 5 basics so you can learn the terminology, know how to perform the exercises properly and receive the greatest benefit from your workouts!
